Business Referrals
We get requests daily for business referrals.  We recommend only Chamber member businesses.  Our website averages 25,000 hits a month and that number continues to grow.

Monthly Newsletter
Stay on top of what the Chamber is doing with our monthly newsletter, "The Reporter", which serves as a guide to the monthly events and programs of the Chamber.  Want to announce a special upcoming event, promotion or sale?  Members may provide an insert which is included with the newsletter.  A nominal fee is charged.    

Website Package
Chamber members post "Hot Deals" (coupons or specials), upcoming events, job openings, enhance their business directory listing, and so much more!  Member websites are linked here also.  Small annual fee of $25 ...worth every penny!

Update/Add Membership Information Instantly on the Chamber Website
Chamber members are assigned a login and password upon joining the Chamber which allows them access to our member directory.  Add key words, pick categories, update company representatives, etc.  Add to your own personal web page within our member directory, INSTANTLY! 

Meet Me @ 5-Business Networking 
A casual, informal atmosphere and good opportunity to meet other Chamber members.  Drinks and food are provided and the locations change monthly.  A great way to tour various businesses in the Valley and also network for your own business.  Locations are listed on website and in newsletter.  A great sponsorship opportunity as well.  FREE to members and their guest.  

Educational Program "Breakfast with the Chamber"
The Chamber provides monthly morning educational forums for our members. Speakers are very informative and gear their topics toward the small business owner. Speakers and topics are highlighted each month on our website and newsletter.  Monday mornings once a month 8-9 am. 

Chamber Mailing List
Upon request, we will provide you electronic member mailing labels or excel spreadsheet with member contact information to send out your own mailing.  No emails are released at this time.

SAVE $$$ with Credit Card Processing
The Chamber has partnered with Flux-com credit card processing company who can save you money on your merchant service percentage rate.  A great way to cut out the excess fees associated with so many merchant service providers.

Annual Business Dinner
Held the first quarter of the year with a guest speaker and various Chamber awards. All members are encouraged to attend.

Get Involved with a Chamber Committees
The Chamber has two committees which meet on a monthly basis available for any members who would like to get more involved with the workings of the Chamber.  They are Community Chest and Programs / Events. The Community Chest is responsible for raising money and also giving it away on behalf of the Chamber.  Student Scholarships, Annual Golf Outing, Annual Business Dinner all fall into this committees responsibilities.  The Programs and Events Committee is responsible for planning Education and Networking events.  

Chagrin Valley Magazine
The Chagrin Valley Chamber of Commerce publishes a full color magazine highlighting the Chagrin Valley and some of our interesting members. Chamber members are listed by category in the magazine. This magazine is distributed to 40,000 and placed in Medical offices, Real Estate offices, Hotels, Inns and B & B's.

Sponsorship Opportunities
The Chamber holds community events and programs throughout the year which you may use as sponsorship opportunities to highlight your business.  Sponsorship opportunities include: newsletter, website, cocerts in the park, fireworks, golf outing and scholarship.

New Resident Packets
Help new residents get acquainted with your business. This program is held in the spring each year as realtors gear up for the busy season.  We collect items, brochures, or coupons from our members and assemble them in a neatly packaged gift for new residents to enjoy.  These packages are distributed through real estate offices.  Similar to "Welcome Wagon". FREE

Council of Small Enterprises (COSE) and CV Chamber offer a dual memberships called "AFFILIATE MEMBERSHIP"  Belong to both for one low price.  
Through our unique partnership with the Council of Small Enterprises (COSE), we are able to offer the option of dual membership and the benefits of both organizations for a special reduced rate. With 17,000 members, COSE offers access to exclusive savings opportunities and many outstanding benefits. 

User-Friendly Phone Book 
This phone book is distributed to 14 Chagrin Valley communities.  All Chamber members are listed in a directory in the front pages and their company is highlighted in blue ink in the white pages, making their listing stand out.  Members also receive a discount on advertising.
