Event is free and open to the public. Presented by Chagrin Arts and in part by the Chagrin Valley Chamber of Commerce. Make a day of it   come early for the art and stay later for the music  Enjoy the Valley Art Center's annual "Art by the Falls" event from 10 am to 7 pm at Riverside Park in Chagrin Falls.
