Following an extensive career in Information Technology\, spanning both small companies and major corporations such as BP Oil and Computer Associates\, John left the corporate world in 2006 to start Westlake Capital Group.  The company operated as Liquid Capital of Northeast Ohio\, providing alternative working capital financing to regional small businesses through accounts receivable factoring\, acting as a direct lender using its own capital.\n\n\n\nFollowing some financial challenges faced in the 2009-2010 economic downturn\, the business took on a partner (Doug Eilert) and re-launched as Receivables Solution Services. RSS is a consulting practice focused on optimizing cash flow by improving the internal billing\, collections and credit management processes of its clients.\n\n\n\nAfter over seven years as a small business owner John recently returned to the corporate world as a Service Delivery Manager at Wipro Technologies\, leveraging his considerable experience in both customer service and IT infrastructure operations. He is currently provides on-site support to one of Wipro's major clients in the Cleveland area.\n\n\n\nJohn is also Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Deutscher Musik Verein\, Inc.\, the German Music Society of Cleveland. In this capacity he led the effort to incorporate and obtain IRS 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status for the organization.  John serves as librarian and performs as a musician with this 30-piece German brass band.\n\n\n\nA frequent speaker to business audiences on Credit & Collections Management and Access to Capital.
