She'll also discuss the benefits of hiring our vets and retention of top-notch talent.  Wendy will also cover how employers can tap into local community colleges for skills gap and other technical training\, which is often in the way for employers to pull the trigger on a job offer (to veterans and other job candidates). \n\nNEOVETS\, Inc. serves military families by connecting them to proven\, best-in-class community resources and information\, ensuring their success while supporting the employers we serve.\n\n\n\nNEOVETS is a volunteer group of Northeast Ohio businesses who value veterans returning to NEO and want to retain them through assisting with employment\, education\, housing\, healthcare and other needs they may have that will cause them to stay\, live and work in Northeast Ohio. \n\n\n\nPlease register and prepay for this event
