SUMMARY:Taking It Bird by Bird: A Discussion and Writing Workshop
DESCRIPTION:This workshop at the Gates Mills Branch Library is inspired by Anne Lamott's famous book\, Bird by Bird: Some Instructions on Writing and Life\, in celebration of Lamott's April 17th appearance at Writers Center Stage.  Local writer Claudia Taller\, a long-time fan of Lamott\, has designed this workshop in which Bird by Bird will be discussed and attendees will be given writing prompts to explore the topics in Lamott's book.  Don't forget your pen and paper or laptop!  Taller is the author of Ohio's Lake Erie Wineries and the creator of Word Lovers retreats. Special offer for participants: Spend time after the program with a wonderful dinner at Sara's Place\, situated right next to Burton Court.  A 15% discount coupon for dinner will be provided to all participants\, compliments of Sara's Place.  Registration is required for this free event – seating is limited (440-423-4808).
