SUMMARY:Valley Art Center's It's Elemental: Earth & Air Gallery Exhibit Opening Reception
DESCRIPTION:Over the next two years VAC's Margaret "Peg" Bowen Gallery will focus on the four elements: Earth\, Air\, Water and Fire. January 2016's Exhibit will be titled: "It's Elemental: Earth & Air"\, followed by "It's Elemental: Fire & Water" in January of 2017.\n\n \n\nArtists may choose to answer this call to entry through any medium with focus on "earth" or "air" or both\, separately or simultaneously. They may display in their art however they are inspired by Earth and Air whether literally or metaphorically. Artists may submit up to three (3) entries and there is a $10 entry fee per piece.  Entry deadline is January 3\, 2016\, and notification of jury results will be given January 5\, 2016.  For more information regarding It's Elemental: Earth & Air\, please visit www.valleyartcenter.org/earthair. \n\n \n\nJoin us for an Opening Reception celebrating another successful exhibit! Friday\, January 22nd\, 6-8pm free and open to the public. Donations of savory or sweet finger foods are graciously accepted to help keep gallery costs (such as call to entry fees) down.  The show will be on display from January 22 until March 2\, 2016. \n\n \n\nContact the Valley Art Center at 440-247-7507 or valleyaretcenter.org. VAC is located at 155 Bell Street in Chagrin Falls.
