SUMMARY:Geauga County “Good Deeds” program.
DESCRIPTION:On May 3\, the Bainbridge Civic Club (Men's Club) will host a semi-legal discussion designed to instruct residents on how to save family time and money by avoiding probate court when property transfers. Called the "Good Deeds" program\, it is a voluntary deed review process for Geauga County homeowners\, administered by Probate Judge Timothy J. Grendell and others. It is meant to help residents with problems regarding their deeds\, language issues and probate transfers. For example\, probate court can often be eliminated if property owners have their current deed titled properly.\n\n\n\nAlso to be discussed is the importance of updating wills which are legal documents that contain directions for the administration of one's estate upon death. This community information program will be held at 7:00 p.m. at the Bainbridge Town Hall in the rear meeting room. Refreshments will be served. RSVP's are not necessary.\n\nFor further information about the "Good Deeds" Program\, contact Mary Ruth Shumway or Cheryl A. Koncler at the Geauga County Probate Court.\n\n\n\nFor more information about the Bainbridge Civic Club please email the club at BainbridgeCivic@gmail.com or visit https://sites.google.com/site/bainbridgecivicclub/
