Summary:
The Inventory Specialist/Scheduler plays a critical role in ensuring our operations department runs smoothly. This role entails ordering and receiving merchandise, preparing and staging items for upcoming projects, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment. This person will collaborate with management and sales to ensure the smooth scheduling and installation of all jobs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain workplace duties with a strong focus on safety and compliance.
- Conduct regular inventory counts; research and document any discrepancies.
- Accurately complete all inventory transactions on a daily basis.
- Work closely with the Warehouse Manager to maintain organized, accessible inventory systems.
- Demonstrate excellent time management and the ability to work independently.
- Maintain a user-centric approach in all inventory practices and workflows.
- Schedule all jobs.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and a high aptitude for problem-solving.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Prior experience in warehouse or inventory roles preferred.
- Physically able to stand, bend, and lift as required throughout the shift.
Preferred Experience:
- 1+ year of experience in a warehouse or inventory management and scheduler role.
