• Office Manager

    Chagrin Falls small business seeking a highly organized, energetic, detail-oriented office manager to oversee all daily operations.  This position will fit best with someone who is resourceful, dependable, punctual, outgoing, logical, innovative and creative, and a team player. Potential for professional growth with future additional services and locations.  Training provided.




    * independently operate business and support owner's tasks and duties

    * build and maintain strong business and customer relations within the community

    * provide optimal retail customer service with a friendly, positive demeanor

    * prepare accurate customer quotes and maintain proper records

    * properly package customer items for timely shipping

    * correctly operate office equipment and register  

    * professionally handle phone and email communication




    * Minimum 3 years office management, executive assistant, retail management, or similar experience

    * Basic Computer Skills and Microsoft Office Proficiency, Photoshop or graphic design is a bonus

    * Excellent verbal, written communication and problem solving skills

    * Must be able to multitask, work well under pressure, and learn quickly

    * Professional attitude and appearance

    * Ability to handle packages typically lightweight or up to 30 lbs, some up to 50 lbs.
