Chagrin Valley Little Theatre has an immediate opening in the Box Office. Become a part of the team at one of the oldest community theaters in the country, now in its 92nd season.
The successful candidate will often be the first person to interact with the ticket buying public.
A welcoming personality and a strong commitment to customer service are essential qualifications.
The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to general theatre related inquiries in person, by phone, and by email, responding in a timely manner, and directing inquiries to appropriate staff.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ticketing functions using the online ticketing platform (Arts People) and will assist with general office work and the support the Theatre’s operational needs.
This is a 20 hour / week position with a pay rate of $15 per hour.
Hours will require a flexible schedule and include nights and weekends as needed to support the Theatre’s needs and show schedule.
