    Working as a Sous Chef, you will assist in the supervision, preparation, and execution of various food items. You will help supervise hourly associates and will work with Our Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef to assist with all catering operations. This is an exciting opportunity for an energetic, entrepreneurial Culinary professional. This is a full time, year-round position.

    Key Responsibilities:
    Assists the Executive Chef with managing cost controls and control expenditures for the account
    Produces and executes catering events and tastings
    Supervises culinary staff both on and off premise.

    Requirements:
    Some progressive culinary/kitchen management experience, depending upon formal degree or training
    High volume restaurant and banquet experience preferred
    Catering experience strongly preferred
    High volume, complex food service operations experience - highly desirable
    Comprehensive knowledge of food and catering trends with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation
    ServSafe certified - highly desirable
