    We are looking for a compassionate person with a positive attitude who values innovation and collaboration to be responsible for providing complete oversight of the day-to-day operations and expansion of an independent, nearly paperless, medical office, directly assisting one integrative pain medicine physician, and overseeing an administrative assistant. Daily tasks include, but are not limited to:

    · Evaluating and improving office efficiency and expansion efforts.

    · Revising and implementing office policies and procedures.

    · Marketing the practice to patients, patients’ family members and referring physicians including eliciting reviews via one-on-one interaction as well as via text, email and social media.

    · Managing social media posts and drip campaigns for the practice.

    · Monitoring and maintaining office and medical supplies inventory.

    · Overseeing the scheduling and coordination of patient care by AA.

    · Overseeing HIPAA compliance throughout the practice.

    · Monitoring and maintaining office and medical supplies inventory.

    · Purchasing medical supplies.

    · Maintaining practice financials.

    · Interviewing and hiring future employees.

    · Orienting and training support staff.

    · Performing quarterly staff assessments.

    Qualifications

    The ideal candidate would have the following credentials/skills:

    · Keen interest in being part of a team growing an integrative pain medicine practice.

    · A successful track record of progressive experience within the healthcare industry. 1-3 years of experience in a medical office/environment (required).

    · Bachelor’s degree or above (preferred)

    · An above average aptitude for electronics and computer troubleshooting. Basic knowledge of EMR/EHR and PACS systems (required)

    · Excellent multitasking and time management skills while working in a fast-paced environment.

    · Detail-oriented, self-starter and independent worker.

    · As the face of the practice, strong communication skills with the ability and experience to market the practice is a must.
