Sales And Event Manager
Posted: 05/16/2023Pine Lake Trout Club is a members only fishing club located in majestic Chagrin Falls, OH. It is a rustic environment with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere where we provide premier service to our members . We are seeking an energetic and outgoing sales associate to join our team. This person will be required to have prior sales experience in Hospitality.
Essential Job Functions:
Planning and coordinating events for members and guests. Events include weddings, holiday parties, birthday parties, fishing tournaments, and other private events. Assisting with membership tours, inquiries, and onboarding.
Responsibilities: Meet with members and guests to plan events. Create BEO's for operations team. Holds weekly BEO meetings with team to review details for upcoming events. Build relationships with Members to drive future sales. Responds quickly to sales inquiries. Handles issue quickly and efficiently to resolve to guest satisfaction. Completes all other appropriate assignments requested by the Club/General Manager
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
