We will be presenting awards for Presidential Merit, Business of the Year and Past President that night. The Student Business Leader Award recipients from Chagrin Falls, Kenston and Orange High Schools will also be on hand to receive their scholarships and awards.
Dinner choices:
Salmon: Cashew encrusted fresh Atlantic salmon filet, basil pesto buerre blanc, vegetable medley
Chicken: Roasted chicken breast served in Marsala demi glace, vegetable medley
Beef: Braised beef short ribs in a cabernet demi glace, roasted vegetables
Vegetarian/Gluten Free: Fresh vegetables stir fried with sesame ginger and garlic steamed Japanese rice
Dessert: Blackberry Cheesecake Tart
