Would you like all the benefits of a private yoga session in a workshop setting?
Deepen your practice with a break down and exploration of postures that are common or not so familiar in your practice.
Cynthia and Darcy will work with you to:
- answer the questions that have come up on your mat
- hone in on the specific areas you want to focus on
- move with better understanding, and
- fine tune your practice.
They will also explore transitions that elude you and find the most effective ways to move from posture to posture.
This workshop is open to new and advanced students.
