There are currently four distinct and different generational in the workforce today; as a result, job seekers are competing with people of all different ages for the same job who bring varying levels of experience and skills. This workshop will help participants understand how different generations define work, how they may have differing values, distinguishing characteristics and assets. Participants will also learn how understanding these differences can help them better communicate across the generations and become a better colleagues, managers or co-workers. This workshop will be presented by a Career Counselor. Registration required.
