David Manocchio, a writer and director, known for 24 Frames Per Second (1993), Haywire (2003) and La bruja (2009) will present a 2-hour independent filmmaking program at the Chagrin Falls Branch Library that will cover writing the script, choosing a crew, casting, production, and marketing.
