Come to the Chagrin Falls Branch Library where local author Montrie Rucker Adams will share her seven-step guide to help you do what you always wanted. Adams will take you on a journey of her dream of competing in a bodybuilding contest at an age older than most contestants. Books will be available for purchase and signing following the program.
