Wednesday Night Book Discussion
Join us at the Gates Mills Branch Library for a discussion of *Remains of the Day* by Kazuo Ishiguro. This is a tragic, spiritual portrait of the perfect English butler and his reaction to his fading insular world in post-war England. Publishers Weekly called this Booker Prize-winner "a tour-de-force -- both a compelling psychological study and a portrait of a vanished social order." Everyone is welcomed to attend the discussion.
