Real Estate Research Analyst - Part Time

We are seeking a research analyst to join our team of commercial real estate appraisers and support staff.  This will be a part-time position of 20-30 hours per week (paid hourly).  Job responsibilities will include public records research (deeds, zoning, tax information); sales verification; and management of workflow.  Past experience in real estate is a plus.  The qualified candidate will be comfortable working independently, but also will be required to effectively communicate with other team members
