May 15th:  The Mindset of Pain 

Can your pain sensations be modified without medications? In reality, how powerful is mindfulness?  In this session we will explore tools that can be used to help navigate your journey through chronic pain that we will expand on in the experiential session in July. 

June 19th:  Caring for the Caregiver 

This discussion will explore the emotional and physical challenges caregivers face, including guilt, feeling overwhelmed, chronic pain, and the struggle to balance their loved one’s care while also prioritizing their own well-being. Join us for a supportive conversation on coping strategies, self-care, and finding balance in the caregiving journey. 

July 17 - Experiential Session 

This immersive session offers a unique opportunity to explore the interconnectedness of your thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations, guiding you towards a deeper understanding of yourself and fostering harmony in your life. In this experiential session, you'll engage in a variety of practices and activities designed to nourish and balance both your mind and body. Through a blend of mindfulness techniques, EFT, yoga and reflective exercises, you'll cultivate greater awareness, resilience, and inner peace. 

August 21 - Embracing Time – The Art of Longevity 
Gain insights on how to live better, longer. Through an integrative lens, we’ll explore practical tools, perspectives, emerging science, mindset, and timeless wisdom to support vitality, resilience, and well-being as we embrace the sands of time.  

September 18 - Finding Resilience when Facing Cancer  
A cancer diagnosis can shake the foundation of one’s life, but resilience is not just about surviving—it’s about finding strength, hope, and meaning in the journey to thrive. This discussion offers compassionate guidance from your team of experts to explore practical tools for navigating the emotional, physical, and spiritual challenges of cancer. Whether you are a patient, survivor, or caregiver, discover ways to cultivate resilience, restore balance, and find moments of peace amid uncertainty. 
 
 October 16 - Pelvic floor Dysfunction – From Pain to Pleasure 

Pelvic floor dysfunction can impact daily life, intimacy, and overall well-being for both men and women. This discussion will explore the challenges of pelvic pain, incontinence, and muscle dysfunction, as well as strategies for healing and reclaiming comfort and pleasure.
