We're Hiring: Overnight Guest Services Associate

Do you love taking care of people and creating a calm, welcoming environment? The Inn of Chagrin is looking for a warm, responsible, guest-focused team member to join us for our Friday overnight shift.

Position Overview:
As our Overnight Guest Services Associate, you’ll be the friendly face of the Inn during the late-night hours. Your role is all about creating a safe, serene space for guests, ensuring their needs are met, and helping us deliver the 5-star service we’re known for.

Duties Include:
Greeting late check-ins and assisting guests with any overnight needs
Monitoring property safety and security
Setting up and preparing the continental breakfast (coffee, juice, light bites)
Answering guest inquiries (phone, email, or in person)
Light housekeeping and restocking
Ensuring common areas remain tidy and inviting
Providing an outstanding guest experience from dusk ‘til dawn

Strong attention to detail
Comfort working independently overnight
A love for hospitality and small-town charm
Dependability and professionalism
Prior hotel/guest service experience is a plus (but not required)
