Being a Caregiver: Steadfast or Stressed

Arden Courts will be working together with Hospice of the Western Reserve and Independence Village of Aurora to present this educational series. Each evening will focus on a unique topic, the first evening we will focus on learning how planning ahead, using relaxation techniques and taking advantage of supportive services allow caregivers to experience the positive aspects of caregiving.
