Chagrin Arts - Annual Benefit, Musical Chairs
Musical Chairs is the fundraiser this year for the nonprofit Chagrin Arts, which presents the popular Chautauqua-in-Chagrin summer series and the Performing Arts Series.
Live salsa music, international cuisine, and a beautiful vineyard will set the scene for Musical Chairs, a benefit supporting Chagrin Arts programs on Thursday, June 7, 2012 at Auburn Twin Oaks Winery. Local artists including Mary Ann Boysen, Mary Hobbs, Molly Tuttin, Diana Gardner, designer Anthony Paskevich, faculty and students at Ursuline College, and children from the Chagrin Falls Park Community Center have used their talents to design 14 Adirondack Chairs that will be auctioned off at the event. Each chair has been uniquely designed and, in some cases, completely transformed into a work of art. Both children’s and adult Adirondack chairs will be available and all chairs are functional and ready for use on any patio, deck, or front lawn. Chairs are currently on display at the Chagrin Arts office, 88 N. Main Street and will be featured throughout the Village at upcoming events.
Tickets to the event are $75/person, all inclusive of food, beverage, and entertainment. Tickets are available by visiting www.chagrinarts.org or calling 440-247-9700.
