Charcuterie Night with Three Olives & Co at Sage & Honey

Guests will enjoy a guided charcuterie styling workshop while sampling three artisanal cheeses. Throughout the class, participants will learn techniques for creating an elevated charcuterie board, including how to create salami roses, ideal cheese placement, fruit styling, and the art of balancing color, texture, and presentation.

Each guest will create their own charcuterie board featuring premium cheeses, cured meats, fresh fruit, nuts, dried fruit, crackers, and seasonal accompaniments. At the end of the evening, guests will leave with a beautifully packaged board to enjoy at home.
