Overview: Glow Crew are the go-to team members for all attractions at Glow Sticks Golf. This role ensures guests have a seamless, fun-filled experience in our state-of-the-art family entertainment center.
Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist guests at the front desk and the redemption counter - Load game cards, explain play options, and troubleshoot guest questions - Monitor arcade floor to ensure all games are functioning properly - Assist guests with ticket redemption and recommend prize selections - Restock redemption merchandise and maintain organized displays - Report game malfunctions to management immediately - Keep the facility clean, organized, and guest-ready at all times - Promote special offers, events, and arcade-related promotions - Check-in guests for duckpin bowling or mini-golf - Assist guest with food and beverage purchases from the snack bar
Qualifications: - Friendly and approachable with strong guest service skills - Able to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment - Comfortable with basic tech/troubleshooting - Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs. - Weekend, evening, and holiday availability preferred - Previous arcade, attraction, or retail experience is a plus
