Children & Youth Ministries Leader

The United Methodist Church of Chagrin Falls is seeking a passionate, energetic, and faith-filled leader to oversee our Children & Youth Ministries. This 20–25 hour per week position is responsible for creating engaging faith formation opportunities for children, youth, and families; recruiting and supporting volunteers; and building meaningful relationships within the church and community. The ideal candidate will have a deep love for Christ, a heart for young people, and the ability to inspire a culture of belonging, discipleship, and service. Regular Sunday morning availability is required, as well as additional hours for special events such as Vacation Bible School, retreats, mission trips, and seasonal programming on occasion.
