Customer Experience and Delivery Specialist

At Blossom, customer service comes first. We’re looking for someone who loves creating positive experiences—whether it’s greeting guests in the shop, helping them choose the right flowers, or ensuring deliveries arrive on time and with care.

We’re a full-service florist designing and delivering arrangements for birthdays, celebrations, sympathy, and just-because moments. Our shops also feature a Flower Bar where guests can create their own bouquets stem by stem, and we regularly host events and workshops that bring people together through flowers.

Key Responsibilities

• Greeting, welcoming and orienting customers
• Fulfilling daily orders for pickup and delivery
• Handling retail sales in the stores and over the phone
• Making timely, friendly deliveries
• Process and care for fresh flowers
• Keep the shop organized, clean, and inviting

Skills and Experience

• Customer service 2 years (preferred)
• Driver's license (required)
• Floral knowledge and/or design experience are preferred but not required

We're looking for a new team member to join us 20-30 hours per week at our Cleveland locations. Cleveland Specialists will work at both the Lakewood and the Chagrin Falls shops.
