Why You’ll Love Working With Us
- $17–$20/hr. based on experience; $0.50/hr. increase after 90 days

What You’ll Do
- Provide non-medical care: companionship, meal prep, light housekeeping, safety support
- Assist with ADLs such as bathing, grooming, and safe mobility (training provided)
- Engage with clients — doing tasks with them, not just for them
- Bring joy by participating in activities they enjoy conversation, hobbies, shared tasks, or outings
- Build trusted, respectful relationships with clients and their families
- Communicate observations and updates to the office
What We’re Looking For
- Compassion, patience, reliability, and a heart for serving older adults
- All experience levels welcome — no experience required
- Successful completion of a background check & motor vehicle screening required
- Reliable transportation to and from assignments required
- Driver’s license preferred
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
