ROLE DESCRIPTION:We are looking for an exceptional Customer service representative to join our team of Marilyn Anderson -State Farm Agent! Marilyn has been a State Farm agent for 42 years, and she is passionate about developing and shaping the next generation of insurance professionals. Join a hardworking team who is dedicated to making a difference in their community and is led by an agent who truly loves what she does.

RESPONSIBILITIES:- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Cross sell.
QUALIFICATIONS:- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Must have or be willing to obtain an Ohio insurance license.
Compensation: $35,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
