Real Estate Research Analyst - Part Time

We are seeking a research analyst to join our team of commercial real estate appraisers and support staff.  This will be a part-time position of 20-30 hours per week (paid hourly).  Job responsibilities will include public records research (deeds, zoning, tax information); sales verification; and management of workflow.  Past experience in real estate is a plus.  The qualified candidate will be comfortable working independently, but also will be required to effectively communicate with other team members and clients.  This position is vital to the success of our organization and a much appreciated role for our staff.
