    Position Summary:
    We are seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Real Estate Salespersons.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the buying and selling process.

    • Assist buyers and sellers in property search, pricing, negotiation, and transaction coordination.

    • Conduct market research and comparative analyses to help clients make informed decisions.

    • Create and implement personalized marketing strategies for listings, including open houses and online promotions.

    • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all real estate regulations and company standards.

    • Collaborate with mortgage, title, and other industry professionals to close transactions smoothly.

    Required Qualifications:
    • Valid Ohio real estate license or willingness to obtain licensure promptly.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Self-motivated with a strong desire to exceed client expectations.

    • Reliable internet and technology proficiency (MLS, CRM tools, email, mobile apps).

    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.


    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or real estate.

    • Knowledge of the Chagrin and Northeast Ohio real estate markets.

    • Strong negotiation and organizational skills.
