What You’ll Do Every Day

Perform landscape maintenance tasks like trimming, mulching, and site cleanup.

Use hand and power tools to keep properties looking their best.

Assist with loading trucks, hauling materials, and operating landscape equipment.

Keep the job site clean and safe, ensuring all tools and materials are secured.

Work efficiently with the team to complete tasks on time and meet high-quality standards.

Participate in snow operations during winter months, keeping properties safe when needed.
What It Takes to Succeed

A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and improve.

The ability to lift up to 50 lbs., work outdoors in all seasons, and handle the demands of physical labor.

A valid driver’s license or the ability to obtain one before starting.

Experience in landscape maintenance or construction is a plus—but we’re happy to train the right person.

A commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality work.
