    What You’ll Do Every Day

     
    • Perform landscape maintenance tasks like trimming, mulching, and site cleanup.

    • Use hand and power tools to keep properties looking their best.

    • Assist with loading trucks, hauling materials, and operating landscape equipment.

    • Keep the job site clean and safe, ensuring all tools and materials are secured.

    • Work efficiently with the team to complete tasks on time and meet high-quality standards.

    • Participate in snow operations during winter months, keeping properties safe when needed.

    What It Takes to Succeed

     
    • A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and improve.

    • The ability to lift up to 50 lbs., work outdoors in all seasons, and handle the demands of physical labor.

    • A valid driver’s license or the ability to obtain one before starting.

    • Experience in landscape maintenance or construction is a plus—but we’re happy to train the right person.

    • A commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality work.

    • Bilingual candidates are a plus!
