Steve Jenson

Steve understands that water damage from breaking dishwasher hoses or overflowing sinks and bathtubs, failing sump pumps, or hot water tanks can cause property damage that can leave a family traumatized. He remembers how a fire that started in the kitchen impacted a friend's family. He recalls the remediation company coming in and working with his friend's parents to assess the damage and "put things back like they were". Thankfully no one was injured, but Steve’s memory of the impact that the experience had on his friend left a lingering impression on him and serves to this day as a reminder of how important an empathetic and professional company can be to getting a customer’s life back to normal.
